All servicing sessions are subject to maintenance charges.
WARRANTY Terms & Conditions
At Epiq Works, every blaster is built with care and tested before delivery. To ensure peace of mind for our customers, we offer a 2-week limited warranty from the date of purchase for all full builds and custom blasters.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, Epiq Works will provide free servicing or part adjustments if:
Components become stuck, misaligned, or non-functional due to assembly or manufacturing issues.
The issue arises under NORMAL, PROPER USAGE of the blaster.
Servicing will be carried out based on reasonable ability and available parts. As a small, independent workshop, replacement parts or extended repairs may take time depending on stock availability.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Intentional damage, misuse, or modification of the blaster.
Water exposure, improper cleaning, or use of non-approved gel balls or batteries.
Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., scratches, fading, or minor cosmetic marks).
Any issues arising from third-party modifications or servicing done outside Epiq Works.
Service Procedure
If a problem occurs within the 2-week warranty period:
Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and a short description of the issue.
You may be asked to send a short video or photo for quick assessment.
If eligible, we’ll schedule a servicing session to fix the issue.
Servicing is free under warranty if it meets the coverage conditions.
If the damage is outside warranty scope, standard servicing fees will apply.
Note
Epiq Works reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
