1. Pre-Order Policy

All pre-order cancellations will result in the forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.
- In the event of a fully paid order cancellation, a full refund may be granted under the following condition: the customer arranges for another party to assume the order within 14 days.
- The refund will be processed only after the third party has made full payment.

To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision through a clear and explicit statement. You may do so by sending an email to epiqworks@gmail.com.

2. Refunds & Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The goods were purchased or received within the last 14 days.
- You have emailed epiqworks@gmail.com.
- The goods are returned in their original packaging, applicable to Accessories and Gels.
- For Gel Blasters, the products must remain unmodified and in their original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Goods that are custom-made or personalized to your specifications.
- Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items and cannot be separated.
- Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, for example, items with a short shelf life or expired products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Return delivery address will be provided upon request.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

5. Limited Liability

Epiq Works is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from the use of our products. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability. Use of gel blasters and related accessories should be conducted in a safe manner, adhering to all relevant laws and guidelines.

6. Compliance with Singapore Police Force (SPF) Regulations

By purchasing from Epiq Works, you agree to comply with all regulations set by the Singapore Police Force (SPF). It is your responsibility to understand and follow these rules to ensure safe and lawful use of our products.

1. The approved item is NOT to be used or deployed in any manner to cause harm or undue alarm in public.

2. The approved item is NOT to be modified in any way or form to resemble a realistic-looking gun.

3. Any conveyance of this approved item shall be carried out in a concealed bag or package.

4. Any disposal of the approved item shall be carried out properly, taking into consideration not causing any harm or undue alarm in public.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Epiq Works reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through our website or email. Please review your policy periodically for updates.
